We used Anastasia Beverly Hills beauty genius Two makeup glitter pods. No craft glitter please – some may contain glass, eek! Lip brush Fuchsia pink lip liner. We are using Make Up For Ever 16c. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OMBRE GLITTER LIP GLOSS | MAKEUP TUTORIALS STEP 1: APPLY FOUNDATION TO YOUR LIPS      Take your foundation cover and apply a small amount to your lip brush. Start painting your lip skin tone. We want our glittery lips to sparkle all night long, this waterproof base will help us achieve this. STEP 2: OUTLINE LIPS WITH LIP LINER      Pinkify your pout! Line your lips with your lip liner, paying attention to symmetry and shape. I tend to line my lips on the outside of my lip line, giving my lips a slightly fuller look. If that isn’t your style, go ahead and trace over your natural lip line.
